In this course, students will gain mastery of how to write formal paragraphs. The instructor will teach the students how to write complex sentences and sentences with participial phrases, how to use sensory details and transitions in their writing, etc. Students will be able to practice what they have learned in class by fixing poorly worded and vague sentences, answering questions, and writing their own paragraphs. INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH

In this course, students will gain more confidence in their writing skills and will learn how to write concise and professional paragraphs. The instructor will teach the students how to incorporate quotes into their writing, the structure of two-chunk paragraphs, formal writing expectations, etc. The students will also read challenging stories so that they can strengthen their analytical skills and have meaningful discussions.
